Frequently asked.
My host is slow. Will this fix that?
Maybe — but probably not the way you think. Most WordPress slowness comes from the site itself: no caching, oversized images, plugin bloat. The playbook starts by measuring what's actually slow so you fix the right thing instead of upgrading your hosting plan.
What PageSpeed score will I get?
The playbook targets Google's Core Web Vitals thresholds (LCP under 2.5s, INP under 200ms) rather than chasing a specific score. Those are Google’s published ‘good’ marks and CWV is a confirmed ranking signal — one of many, and it doesn’t replace relevance, but it’s the part of rankings you can actually measure and fix.
Do I need to change hosts?
Usually not. The checklist works on any standard WordPress host. Only if your TTFB is consistently over 600ms on cached pages does the playbook suggest looking at hosting.
Will this work with Elementor or Divi?
Yes. Page builders get their own optimization steps — they're common enough that the playbook addresses their specific overhead rather than telling you to rip them out.
How long does the whole process take?
A weekend at most. The first hour (caching + images) typically delivers the biggest gains. Each checkpoint includes before-and-after measurements so you can see exactly what worked.
